A pavilion into the garden
Preserving the natural environment. The new school is conceived as a pavilion into the garden, by preserving the total number of trees in the plot and preserving as well the privacy of the classrooms, by creating a natural link between the classrooms and the surrounding nature.
Preserving the urban layout. Extending the existing connections to the site and taking advantage from the existing infrastructures (existing church parking, new parking lines in the secondary road).
Connection axis. The ribbon as a natural promenade to surround the building and create a dynamic and lively walk to discover the whole natural plot, by preserving the existing connections. This ribbon will allow as well to integrate the new playground in teren 2a, in order to set this area as a public space outside the school hours. In the same way, this new ribbon extend the connection to the Primary School entry, in order to create a common scholastic layout, which will facilitate the pick-up and drop-off of the children.
